My wife bought me this book, after seeing some of the problems I was having with friends on and off the job. It was hard for me to commit to working with other people, much less socializing with them. This book has changed my life tremendously. Not only am I more open with my wife, but I'm more open to other people. I'm even open to people that I don't know. No more quiet man here. I recommend this book to anyone that has a social phobia like I used to. It will change your life, in so many good ways. It was the best gift I've ever gotten.
