I know that this is only one in the thousands of diet books that are out there, but this is one that I would recommend. This book is really good because, unlike some of the others, it explains the reasons for what you are doing and why it works. It also stresses that you should start out slow. If you are someone who wants to know all of the who, whats, wheres, whens and whys of ehat you are doing, this book is for you. You are not asked to try everything about your eating habits, it is more about adding raw foods into your diet. Because you aren't asked to give up carbs or calories or fats, this diet is not such a shock to your body. Even if you are skeptical, this book will make you a believer!
I appreciate your review, because I like to know what I'm getting into before trying something out. I'm very interested to read this book, since its not trying to force you into wholesale changes in your diet all at once. I think this might be just right for helping me meet my weight goals.
Thanks for the review. I'm always a little hesitant about buying dieting books because they always guarantee great success, but I find myself falling off quickly. I'm glad this book starts you out slow and introduces raw foods into your diet slowly. That makes sense.
