I thought this book would be much better than it was. There was so much hype surrounding it, I just had to buy it and read it for myself. It was difficult to plow through. The premise is a lot like the previous book he wrote, the Power of Now. It basically tells you how to turn off the noise in your head and focus on the task at hand, and not to get lost in your ego. It is difficult to traverse, and hard to understand. I consider myself somewhat intelligent, and it is still kind of hard to wrap your head around some of this book. If you do read it, read it slowly, and take in just a few pages at a time.
