This is a great website. Every entry seems to be relevant to my every day life. The best part is it's not spacey or "out there" like a lot Zen sites seem to be. It's very down to earth, with great things to help you live a calmer, more Zen type life. I keep it in my bookmarks and visit it whenever I'm having trouble keeping the peace and calm in my life.

I know EXACTLY where you're coming from about having a hard time keeping the peace and calm in your life. I, as well as many different people, am guilty of this. Thanks to your review, I've checked his site and it's been so helpful. Thank you for introducing me to something so helpful.
