I used to have a hard time dealing with everything. I had a low self-esteem. I was a huge pessimist, and I always managed to find myself depressed about anything and everything. Granted, later on I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. But until I figured out why I felt this way, I looked around for anything and everything to help me better understand my predicament. This book didn't only help me get over things, but it helped me make myself believe that I am an amazing person and I was the only one that could change. I had to stop caring so much about what other people thought, and I had to start caring 100% about me. This book helps you deal with low self-esteem. I guarantee you that it will not only build up your self-esteem, but you'll feel better about everything going on around, regardless of how tough it may seem. I guarantee this book to anyone, because everyone has a tough moment in their life, where they feel like nothing is going to get better. This is definately a great read.
