The title of this book might be nifty and catchy, but when you open the cover.. the interest goes out the window. This book has the same information to offer as any web site or other books. There's nothing unique about it at all. My mom had this book, and I thought I'd read it and check it out. I made it half way through and decided it wasn't the book for me. I'm not saying it won't be a good book for anyone else. To each his own. Althought the information was helpful, it's nothing people don't already know.
