Granted, the book had a lot of helpful insights on how to keep your commitment with your lover. It also had several ways to keep the relationship 'fresh', so it can work. I just don't understand why people have to go to a book for relationship advice.

Perhaps the language of love isn't my language at all. This book explains how to maintain a marriage, by understanding eachother more and learning how to communicate. Communication is everything in a relationship. I was having a lot of trouble in the beginning of my marriage, and my mother recommended this book for me. So, I decided to check it out from the library just to see what it's all about. It did provide somewhat of an insight on how to help my marriage work, but it's gonna take a lot more than a book to do that.
