First, I must say that the title itself is catchy and attractive. That drove me to buy the book immediately. When I started reading it, I could not stop until I read it fully. Some may think that every one already knows all points discussed in this book. I will agree with that to some extent. But when you highlight the points it goes right into your mind strongly.
As the author, rightly points out most of our worries aren’t that big as we imagine. If we have, the courage to analyze the root causes of our worries half of the problem is solved. If you face the problems with the best possible solution with a cool mind, you will definitely overcome your worries.
When you totally surrender to God and put your fullest faith in him then worry cannot have any impact on you. Your mind will become free from all worries. I personally admire Dale Carnegie’s techniques. I am sure his techniques will help anyone to stop worrying and start living a new life of peace and happiness.
Thanks for a thorough review of the book. I was wondering if it was based on some kind of spiritual beliefs and I was happy to hear that it is. I hope to work through the temptation to worry and address it in my life. Thank you for the encouragement.
