These are great prenatal vitamins. When I was pregnant I had loads of issues with the prenatal vitamins. A lot of them caused constipation (which is apparently a normal thing for prenatal vitamins) and made me so sick. These ones were easy to take (not a huge horse pill like some) and didn't cause me any problems.

Thank you knitsoflove for the information. I had horrible constipation during my last pregnancy. I found that those horse pill sized vitamins my OB gave me were making my nausea worst. Thank you again.
