This CD is a toss up between myself and my partner. She really likes it and will listen to it while cleaning house. I hate it and will not listen to it at all and have asked her not to play it when I am home. Once again, in my opinion, the creators of this CD have tampered with the time tested "Relax With ..." series in a bad way. The whole point of this series is NATURE and the music should truly accompany it or not be there at all. This CD has the music again louder than the natural sounds of the river. Luckily I got this from the local library. If I had paid for it, I would have been very upset indeed. I would not recommend this for meditation or relaxation; however, seeing as how my wife loves it, some of you may enjoy it as well. Definitely see if you can hear it for free before you buy though.
