This book is an extremely well written book. Unlike many books on chronic fatigue with varying theories and ideas, this book is highly touted by the National CFIDs Foundation. The book is very well written, and clears up many myths and misinformation that are still believed to this day. A must - read for any patient or caregiver! It's well worth the price tag- and I'm a very frugal person.

I have three friends that have CFS and I have never fully understood what CFS is or what they are really going through. I know that two of the friends treat it with antidepression medication, so I always assumed it was a mental condition not a physical one. Sounds like this book may be my ticket to better understanding. Thanks!
