This book is a great resource for understanding fibromyalgia and related conditions better. Not only does it go in depth on what you can do for it, it also tells you WHY your body is acting the way it's acting. In a world where doctors merely stare at you and give you pain pills for chronic condition, this a great book to get to know your body better and understand your pain.
Good review but I was left wondering what your opinions were on the drug-free suggestions in the book. I also wondered what your take was on the book's overall feel and how it dealt with the medication issue? Thanks!
