It's not the best resource I've ever seen, but it's certainly not the worst. Dr. Schechter takes you on a step by step approach to the psychological causes of your pain. While I don't think every pain's cause is psychological, it does lessen the pain. Anyone with fibromyalgia knows that stress tends to make the pain hurt more. This book can be a moderate help with that.
I think this book is quiet helpful and it would be great for a family member of mine. The review is a great length and it is very informative, thank you for the wonderful review on it.
