One of the things you don't always get told about fibromyalgia, is that the foods you eat can greatly affect how you feel. This book is an amazing resource for lots of foods that don't make you feel worse, and they taste simply wonderful! No outlandish recipes where you have to travel to the Ozarks to find ingredients either! Just nice, day to day foods. Using this cookbook as a bit of a guide (and obviously, as a cookbook) I've had less flareups lately than I have in ages!

Thank you for sharing your review. My best buddy suffers terribly with fibro. I had no idea food could affect how a fibro patient feels. I will flag your review for her. Thanks!

I dont' know if I have fibromyalgia, though I do get occasional unexplained aches. I'm always looking for recipes that are practical to make and that help with general health. I'm always skeptical about cookbooks though, since I'm not exactly a Top Chef. But, from what you say, it sounds like this book might be perfect for me! Thanks for sharing your experience.
