This book is an invaluable resource for anyone with fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed when I was thirteen, and even 12 years later, this is the most I've ever learned about my condition! The fact that each chapter is written by a different person or expert, gives this book a very unique feel from others. You feel as if these people truly understand, and it's very educational. Definitely one I'll be lending out to relatives to read too!
