Pregnancy is a scary, wonderful, beautiful and gross experience. Vicki Iovine captures all of that and more in this freaking hilarious guide for all pregnant women who don't think they have to be perfect pictures of pregnancy. It says that it is ok to hate the way you look and ok to want loads of sex or none at all. It discusses all the things that some consider taboo, but are very real to every woman that goes through pregnancy. It is a great stress relief. Mrs. Iovine has a refreshingly comical approach to these 9 long months of insanity.

This sounds like a great book! My friend just found out she's expecting her first baby, and despite everything I can tell her, I'll never remember it all. Now I know what to get her for Christmas!

I had my daughter 11 months ago and this book sounds like it would have saved my life. My husband and I are trying again for one more. I am going to have to pick this book up, in case I did not learn everything I needed to last time around!

A pregnancy book that tells you what to expect while making you laugh! That sounds like a great combination, especially since the hormones seem to make me want to cry way too much. Thanks for the recommendation.

I've read this book too, and I agree with you completely. It's nice to read a book like what to expect when you're expecting, but this book does a good job of talking about more personal matters.
