About two years ago I was having a terrible problem trying to fall asleep. No matter how tired I thought I was I never could get a good night sleep. A good friend had told me about melatonin. At first I wasn't sure because I thought it was a sleeping pill. But I did some research and found out that melatonin is a natural supplement that our own body produces at night. Now I take melatonin just about everynight. When ever I take melatonin I sleep great, and when I wake up I feel very well rested.
I highly recommend melatonin to anyone has trouble sleeping, or for those who on occasion just can't seem to get a good night of rest.
Thanks for you review. I'm looking for something safe and natural for my oldest son to use as a sleep aid. His doctors continue to prescribe him addictive medications that I just can't bring myself to put him on- hopefully this will help!
