This book was given to me as a gift. I have 2 young daughters who are both very picky eaters. This cookbook has changed everything. The author teaches you how to sneak healthy purees into your children's meals. They won't even realize that you added cauliflower to their eggs or carrots to their brownies. What a great idea and what a lifesaver!

Great review! Carrots in brownies sounds like just the sneaky tactic I need to get my daughter to eat vegetables. I have been looking for a way to have her eating healthier and because of this great review I know which route to take book wise. Thank you!

Thanks for the review. What a daunting task trying to get picky eaters to eat healthy items. Sounds like this book really help you overcome that obstacle with your children. The more healthy people eat early in life will help shape how they eat in the future. Sounds like something that could be utilized for a lifetime.
