I read this book when I was going through a particularly touch time in my life. It really helped me to change the way I think. That is the key to a happier, more fulfilling life. People don't realize how negative they can be. This book caused me to be conscious of any negative thinking and change it into a positive. It taught me how to take action now to get the things I want in life. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to change their life for the better. It even includes some questions at the end of each chapter that you can write in a journal about. Great book!
Wow! Cool! I know I sometimes fight negativity in my thoughts, but my partner dwells in them sometimes and is almost always cynical and negative in her thinking. It seems that someone wants me to get her this book!
