My aunt has MS. She's been slowly declining for years and years. As one of her primary caretakers, when I saw THE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS DIET BOOK, I knew that I'd have to buy it to at least give it a shot.

Let me tell you straight out, this book will not work miracles. There is no miracle that will make your relative with MS perfectly healthy again. I'm sorry, but it's true.

A lot of things can make MS worse, though. I'm talking about worse beyond the natural progression of the disease. One of those things is the diet of the person with MS. THE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS DIET BOOK goes through the different types of foods that could be affecting you and what you can do to eliminate them from your diet.

It's an amazing book, and I've read it over and over again for ideas on how to help my aunt. I'm sure you will too if you buy it.

Thanks for the review - my best friend's mom was recently diagnosed and I will definitely recommend this book to her. Just curious - did the book have actual recipes, or was it more just a guidebook for eating? If it did have recipes, were they easy to make/prepare? Thanks!
