I started taking these after my doctor said my blood pressure was borderline to high, and that potassium could help. Since I prefer trying natural cures over medications (not always but I take enough of them!) I decided to try taking potassium tablets. They worked! My doctor said my blood pressure is better than ever. Thank Goodness!

My son has struggled with night time leg cramps for years. After he decided he could not stand to eat another banana, we purchased this supplement! So far, it has worked great and his cramps are definitely decreasing.
