My friend gave me this book as a gift when I got pregnant. I've read a lof of books, but this one was the ony one I read again and again. This was the only book I read during my pregnancy. Being a first time mom, it's really scary. And this book helped relieve some of that tension. By explaining in detail what exactly is happening, and knowing the growth stages of the baby each month, pregnancy actually got more interesting and less scary. And the post-partum advice was so helpful, because usually a mother never knows what to do when the baby's born. This book really helped me get through my pregnancy.

I agree. This book was a wonderful guide to putting the right things into your body in order to have a healthy pregnancy. I probably could have followed it a little more closely on crazy craving days.
