I'm a big lover of the Chicken Soup books, I've read a whole bunch of them. My mom gave me this when I was a teenager, and it helped me through some real rough spots. I always kept the spots that helped me out dog-eared so I could re-read them. And sometimes the happy stories were great to improve a good day. I still read it now, and I'm 25!
You can tell that we're close friends, because we have so much in common. I'm 22, and I also still read the books. Anything to lift my spirits is a winner in my eyes. This definately does the job. I hope these books are still around, when I actually have kids and they're older. These books have helped me so much in my life, I know it weill help them, as well as other people, in their own life.
This is a great review because it includes Knits of Love's own experience with the book. I am now interested because I would like to better help my teenagers through the rough spots of adolescence. I'm excited that Knits of Love still reads the book at 25.
