This is a really great book. People forget, in our world of low fat, no fat, that real foods are important to a balanced diet. Anyone who is a true healthy eater will tell you the importance of real food (with moderation of course!). Since eating more real food and less junk food, I've lost 5lbs! This book is great.

Awesome! Any book that will tell me that I should eat real food and not tell me to count fat grams or carbs or whatever the latest fad is sounds good to me! I will check it out!
