My family has always used Vicks VapoRub and now that I have children, I use it on them too. I love that it is a natural product without nasty chemicals and drugs. It really helps to open up your sinuses so you can breathe much better. My son gets really congested when he gets a cold and this is what I use to treat him. It really helps to loosen up his cough and clear his nasal passages. When I rub Vicks on his chest, I give him a nice little massage and he feels all better.
