I read that adding potassium to your diet will help reduce nighttime leg cramps. As a frequent sufferer of leg cramps, I was all for trying it. My doctor suggested I just eat a banana a day, but they give me heartburn, so I opted for the tablet. I have been taking one a night for the past 6 months and have not had ONE leg cramp since starting the pills. I also read that potassium can help those with high blood pressure. Because of this, I now even have my partner taking them, as they are supposed to help with blood pressure issues by not allowing your body to absorb all the sodium in your diet. I would recommend these potassium pills to anyone who suffers from leg cramps. They have really changed my life. I used to get leg cramps at least one night a week and now I never get them.
Great review! I get leg cramps all the time in the middle of the night. It sure sounds like it fixed yours right up. I'll have to give it a try!
