My stepdad was a big self-help fanatic. I remember seeing this book lying around the house when I was much younger, but didn't take it upon myself to read it until recently. It basically takes the idea of giving a new perspective to worries and anxieties in the grand scheme of life, and puts a "self-help" spin on it. The book can be summed up in its title, and you don't need to waste your time reading the author's brief thoughts on the subject, with no real elaboration or exploration of his thoughts. I didn't get much of anything from this book, except a headache!

Thanks for your honest review. Sounds like the title is better than the book, and that is sad as the title is great. I may still check if the library has it, but I won't waste my money buying it.
