I enjoy cookbooks and books about healthy eating and thought that Skinny Bitch in the Kitch would make a nice addition to my cookbook collection, however I was greatly disappointed. The original Skinny Bitch had humor but in this book the author went way overboard in trying to hard to make it humorous. Not only is this not a funny book but the recipes are awful and bland. I tried a few just to give the book a chance and the result was that I donated the book to a library nearby. I definitely do not recommend this book even if it's humor you are seeking.

I completely and respectfully disagree. I think the original book was hilarious. And the cook book is not bland. I think sometimes it is just an adjustment to change the way you eat.
