I noticed the yoga and aerobics classes in the gym I go to use this program during some of their workouts. It offers many different programs that are designed to fit every person's individual workout needs/strengths. This is especially helpful for our classes, because our youngest member is 18, while our oldest is near 80 years old. Combined with some great techno workout music this program can help anyone whip into shape in just a few sessions. Especially good for the aerobic classes that are looking for a change of pace after the intense workouts they do.
