I got this book as a gift from a co-worker who knew that I liked this series of books and had read the other three and recommended them to her to read. I did not know this one was available and was thrilled to get it, as work is my #1 stress maker and cause of most of my anxiety/panic issues. This book has 100 mini-meditations in it that help you to deal with the stresses of work and thus help you to do better at your job and with all aspects of working. Not all 100 meditations are going to help you, as they did not me, because they are not all related to what you personally feel or deal with. However, the meditations cover all the bases and you will definitely find many that will help you and suit your needs/issues. Once again the book is divided into four sections with very distinct meditations in each. My personal favorites and ones that have helped me the most are the one that deals with playing the "what if" game, dealing with co-worker anger, dealing with on the job change, and staying calm in stressful situations. I keep this book in my desk drawer and can not tell you how many breaks and lunches have been spent reading it and going through the meditations. A must have for any desk in my opinion.
