Having a friend or family member who is Bipolar is very trying at times. I bought this book for a friend and read it to ensure it had information that would be useful to her and beneficial, however I was very disappointed with it. It gives the basic information they have probably heard time and time again rather than new information. Additionally it causes the reader to become hopeless and frustration. No good suggestions for coping with being Bipolar is found in the book.

My friend and I didn't like the tone of the book however you may so this is one book that is truly each to his own. It may just be what you need but didn't work for my friend.

This book may be like many others out there. When you deal with Bi-polar it seems that all the information is the same. No one has yet to come up with anything new or ideas to try to help deal with it.
