Lots of information. Now I do agree with one of the other posters here, this site is full to the borders with ads. In fact it can be difficult to navigate through the sight and find what you're looking for.

However, with that said, I found the sight to be very informative. There is lots of information on each of the top 60 diets. There are a number of self-help articles and even a quiz to help you decide what the best diet is for you – if you don’t mind registering (which mean giving them your email address.)

All in All a worthwhile sight if you have the time to weed through all the advertisements; this is definitely a commercial sight.
