This book offers tricky ways to get your child to eat different foods. Many of the ideas are sneaky, such as using fruit or vegetable purees rather than whole fruits and vegetables. This book is even helpful to adults who may not like vegetables, but are open to ways to integrate them into their diet. Helpful and fun, with many tips and tricks from taste-testers.

This book sounds like something I need to get for my partner (the vegetarian that hates vegetables) and some of my meat-eating friends who think vegetables are bad for you! hahaha Thanks for the good review. I also like that its for kids and adults, as kids are not the only picky eaters out there for sure!
