I got this for my daughter when she was pregnant and also read it myself. This is a wonderful little book that addresses the spiritual and emotional aspects of being pregnant.

I'm thrilled that my daughter and other women her age have resources like this available to them now. In reading this myself, I wished I'd had something similar when I was pregnant.

The part I thought was very helpful was the journaling advice. That's such a powerful exercise for anyone, but especially so when pregnant.

I think any pregnant woman could enjoy and benefit from this book ... and us grandma's can see what we missed.

I am currently pregnant and bought the books on the medical aspect of pregnancy. I thought I didnt want to read about the emotional side of it. I was wrong, my usually tough exterior has been worn down by this pregnancy. Self esteem, worry, you name it I've felt it. After reading this review I really wish I had bought a book to help me deal with the whole aspect of pregnancy, not just the physical.

I need something like this. This is my third pregnancy and I thought I knew what to expect, but it has been a lot rougher this time, both physically and emotionally. I could really use some comfort.
