Vegetarian, that’s what I was trying to be. But my family members told me that you don’t need to leave non-vegan, this will make you fit. I don’t want to be fit or unfit, only one thing I want to be a pure vegetarian. Whenever I tried to make them convinced about being a vegetarian, they refused.
At last I found this book in my uncles library, I studied this book carefully after that I have shown this book to all my family members, now three, instead of five members of my family already became vegan. Remaining are on the way...
This book describes us that several diseases were caused when we have non-vegan.
The topics like pregnancy and breast-feeding are very helpful for women.
The perfect sources of proteins, calcium is described carefully.

This book is very useful for those who want to be vegan.
