I bought this book on eBay not long ago after reading an excellent book of similar topic. Maybe I missed something, but I didn't find anything that was particularly new or refreshing. It seemed very overdone and juvenille to be honest. Parts were interesting, but rarely intriguing. It didn't cause me to think too much about the instructions given to help "let go." Shockingly, I would still give it to a friend who had similar issues in releases any held in emotions about someone lost. I lost someone I was very close to a few years back and this book may have been better then, right after the death occurred. It's not a bad book, I don't regret reading it, but very little stuck with me after I finished - I believe that's key.
