Within just a few weeks I'd heard several friends, my therapist and Oprah recommend this book. I figured it was time to read it. I'd been drawn to The Power of Now in much the same way and A New Earth expounds on the ideas of "Now."

I love the way Tolle consolidates and explains ideas and philosophies from so many different religions and traditions. There are many pearls of wisdom in this book from Buddhist, Taoist, Christian philosophies and more.

This book can be a way of life. I hope it will help usher in an age of higher consciousness. It certainly has helped me choose how I will react to any given situation ... how to find the stillness and calm in the now. And the NOW is really all any of have.
