Okay, I understand that the book title makes it pretty clear that this book will be an "in your face" motivational piece that tries to inspire readers to get off their proverbial butts and change their life. That is why I checked the book out! However, the author does a poor job of motivating. Instead, she gives a strong impression that she knows everything and her way is the only right way to do anything. I honestly had trouble making it through the book because of this attitude! In fact, I don not know why I finished reading it (glutton for punishment?!). I guess the one thing I did like about the book was the reader involvement. The lessons cover topics that force the reader to examine their motives, goals, and desires. But, the demeaning tone of the book negates any positives this book may hold.
