In about a year my husband and I will start trying for baby number four. Since having baby number three I have lost eighty five pounds and am only fifteen pounds away from goal.
Me being the way I am I have already started looking for ways to help me stay in shape and loose what ever weight I gain during the next pregnancy.
I cam across this book in the bargain bin of our local book store. That should of told me something but instead of listening to my gut I bought it. I went there looking for a completely different book.
I have a big problem with this book. BIG PROBLEM! The idea is simple enough, get your baby, get your stroller, go out walking. Okay so there is a little bit more to it then that but that is the just of it.
Here is my problem. These workouts might work for someone who has only one child. Most of us though don't. Most of us have a couple of children tagging a long with us. For me I could not work these exercises into my schedule. Sure I would like to be able to do some of them. But they just aren't practical for me.
Then lets face another issue...Weather. Babies come all year around. Not just in perfect, sun shining weather. Unless you have access to an indoor track it will be very hard to bring yourself to bundle up that precious baby and head out in the dead of winter.
The only way that I would ever recommend this book is if I knew someone that didn't care about weather, had only one child and nothing else on her plate.
