After seeing lots of Tony Robbins infomercials on TV, I became curious of what he had to teach, but didn't want to buy his advertised CD programs, or even sign up for one of his seminars. So I went to the bookstore and bought "Awaken The Giant Within" instead. I started reading the book and hardly could let go of it. I was immediately impressed with the wealth of information about how to take charge of one's own life. The book is written in a very reader friendly style. The material in it is well organized; it flows well from subject to subject. As a result, this book is easy to read and digest.

This book is very comprehensive and highly practical. Everybody can put the ideas in it into immediate use to have a positive impact on one's own life and the lives of those around them. It is centered around the idea that change can be facilitated with Neuro Associative Conditioning (NAC), which is basically NLP with a different name. "Awaken The Giant Within" lead me to learn more about NLP as a way to create personal change and helping others with their transformational change as well.

As the subtitle suggest, this book will teach the reader how to take immediate control of his or her mental, emotional, physical and financial destiny. It does it in an entertaining way; I highly recommend it to anybody who wants to take control of their own life and destiny.
