My mom bought me this cookbook for Christmas, knowing that I don't "belong" to weight watchers, but I do count points (Sort of, I'm an erratic dieter). I love this cookbook. Not only is the food much tastier than some of the previous weight watchers cookbooks, but it's stuff even my 2 year old will eat! And I'm sure you can relate, 2 year olds are PICKY about healthy! The book probably isn't the best for solid weight watchers members, it's more flex foods than core foods, but they are yummy! I know I use it a lot for entertaining, so my desserts are good, but not unhealthy good. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone as a cookbook, not just weight watcher members!
I agree. Being on and off the program for years, I really like this cookbook. I am a vegetarian and I have found many delicious recipes in this book. Great buy for sure.
