People deal with change in so many different ways - a big focus of this book. And it hit close to home with me because I'm in the midst of a lot of change. The characters in this book all have a different outlook on life and what "the cheese" means to them. And I think "the cheese" could be anything you want. Maybe something you value in life, perhaps your job or a relationship. It's not a hefty book - I think it's less than 100 pages, and I finished it in one night. I think this book would mean different things to different people. I highly recommend it. Certainly well worth an evening on the couch.

What does the book say about "change?" What tools helped you with the change you were going through when you read it?
