"The Secret" is an intriguing book that teaches a valuable lesson about redirecting your thoughts to be more positive. This book has been highly criticized, most saying that it is too idealistic, but in my personal opinion, those people are taking the book too literally. Nothing comes without effort. This book is meant to reinforce and encourage people to strive to be successful, the work is up to you. The book is a little over 200 pages, but I found that I read it in one day. I have noticed a difference in my life, I am more sure of myself and much less reluctant or not reluctant at all to go after what I want. This book is not intended for the lazy or the narrow minded, but if you can find time to just read this book with an open mind and listen to what it has to say, you are sure to achieve your highest level of success.
