I found a copy of The Raw Food Detox Diet at a local used book store and it has revolutionized the way I feed my family.

If you are wondering what the Raw Food movement has to offer you and your loved ones, reading The Raw Food Detox Diet will give you an insight into the effects of modern processed foods and how our polluted environment is affecting our bodies.

Natalie Rose says, "The process of cleaning your cells is the magic formula for...restoring your body to "like new" or even "better than new" condition."

She is not kidding! My family and I are feeling healthier and happier than we have in years! We substituted raw foods for our regular lunches to start and have since moved to raw foods for both breakfast and lunch. I am still a stickler for warm cooked dinners, so there will be steak in my diet for a while, but we're thinking about the possibilities for hearty dinnertime meals and desserts from the raw food selection at our local green-grocer.

I have been trying to put more whole, raw foods into my diet for some time now, I am going to the library tommorrow to check this book out. I know I will feel better. Thank you for mentioning that it is a transition, that is usually the part of all my self improvement programs I tend to forget and then I get frustrated and quit. Thanks.

I have been told that if I switched to a "raw food diet", that I will feel more healthy in general, and I've always been curious to try it...but never realized that it's a transition. This book sounds really interesting to someone like me, who wants to try more raw foods, but like you, I still enjoy my hot dinners! I would love to eventually say I do at least one raw meal a day. Thanks for the insight!
