I wish I had known about this site sooner. The gist of the site is that you set goals for yourself. Say you want to exercise for a half hour every day. You post that goal, and then other members can choose to join in that goal with you.

I love a lot about this idea. First, there's more of a feeling of accountability with this. After all, you've announced it to the world, not just your husband or cat. The second, and most profound, is the sense of support and community. When you have others working toward the same goal, you're more motivated to stick with it.

There's also sections for inspirational articles and even a podcast. There are also free programs (like seminars) on subjects like living green, quitting smoking, and more.

There's support group, too, which I find incredibly helpful. I can't wait to start using the site.

It's free so I figured I'd try it! (You know we all do it) There is a LOT of support on this site, and it's real people instead of "go read this book" which is nice. There's tools to help you achieve your goals and a ton of people going through the same thing!

This website offers you the opportunity to blog and vent about your issues. It also offers you the resources to improve whatever issues you are having at that moment. It's somewhat of a support group that you have online. I like the concept of the website, and it's well thought of. I joined and I admitt that I am enjoying it so far. Definitely one of the sites that will go in my favorites and I will visit everyday. With the economic crisis and other daily stresses this site offers so much for you to go off of. You are able to realize that others are going through the same issues, and by sharing ideas we can all get out of it together.
