I love all the weight watchers books. I am a stickler for healthy food and different ways to prepare it. I love the weight watchers plans because it allows you some flexibility in what you eat. It says, "okay, you want ice cream today, have ice cream, but make good choices regarding your food for the rest of the day." I love the idea because it does not seem like a "diet", which makes somebody bound to fail. Rather, it is a lifestyle change which encourages healthier alternatives. After so long of making good food choices, something changes. It allows weight watchers to become a way of life.
Great review of the basics of the flex plan. I love Weight Watchers and their books, and think it's really the only good weight loss system out there today, besides just being logical about what you eat! Thanks for sharing.
