As a major juicer, I LOVED this book! I drink more juice than I eat of food..calorie wise. Excellent facts on nutrition, I was really surprised on the fact that vegetables lose up to 75% of their value if they aren't consumed within the first 24 hours of their picking. What better reason to drink fruit drinks that don't lose their vitamins! I use this book as a quick reference guide in my kitchen at all times, when I want to juice up some fruit to make sure I am getting a balanced "meal" from day to day. Drink great and you'll feel great! I got my wife on the same juicing kick and she just loves it. We're getting more adventurous now that we have a great all natural store in town to choose fruits from. A great way to start summer and a great way to entertain guests. They love it too!

I was expecting this book to be about making the most of life - not so much a healthy diet type book. So I appreciate the info.
Juicing is a great way for me to start the day - every day! I didn't know about this book, but know I'm interested because the same old recipe (mango, banana, orange juice, rice protein powder) every day gets a bit boring...
Awesome! Over the past year I have gotten into smoothies in a big way, and juice is a HUGE part of that. I will have to check this book out over the winter to get some summer ideas! Thanks!
