Wendy Chant teaches us how to keep the metabolism burning! I believe in a lower carb approach but found I missed things like oatmeal or pizza. This plan lets you have the lowered carbs pus the goodies. Wendy focuses on carb shifting. Since the carb down, base line and carb up days constantly shift you are not bored with the food choices. Wendy explains the cutting edge science but if your not into science you can skip right to the eating plan. An example for each day of all eight weeks is clearly mapped out to give you ideas.
This is an easy plan to stick too since you can have your favorite foods on certain days!
