Dale Carnegie’s book on “How to stop worrying and start living?’ is really awesome. The greatness of the book is that we all know about the simple techniques discussed in the book already but still they are very useful to refresh and practice. He has given simple ways to stop worrying and start living in his beautiful style of writing as usual very simple and very powerful. I practiced his techniques and found them working for me well. It will work for all if any one practices his techniques with care. The author says that most of the worries may not be that serious if we give a good thought over them. You should analyze the worst possible that could happen to you and prepare yourself for it. This way you can overcome your worries to a great extent. You should be having a clear state of mind when you try to find a solution to your problems. Your faith in God will also help a lot.
It is true that all the techniques are simple and powerful. But you need to practice them regularly to get good results.
Yes I did understand that all my worries were not that serious as I feared once I analyzed them with patience and faith. It is true that faith in God will help us to stop worrying to a great extent.
I look forward to reading this book and finding ways to reduce worry - sounds like you got alot of great information and "how to" from the book. I am thinking I could live a much better life if able to use the skills you say are in this book.
