Yes, I know I was a little skeptical about this book when I first heard about it, Jery Seinfeld's wife writing a cookbook, how farfetched, but decided to give it a read, because the concept intrigued me.

Jessica Seinfeld really has some great ideas, that really work to have your kids eat more healthy. These recipes are very simple, but I have never thought about incorporating vegetables this way. Since reading this book, one of the ones I always do now is putting carrots in spaghetti sauce, my son claims he hates carrots and has no idea he is eating carrots in this recipe. I just sit there and smile. This book is definitely worth checking out, it will make a true difference in the amount of daily vegetables you can incorporate into your kid's diets.
